Terms of service
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms govern your use of TendHunt Bidder and any bids we produce or submit for you. Plain English, short, and weighted in your favour during the beta phase.
1. Who we are
TendHunt Bidder is a trading name of TendHunt Ltd, an English company. We find, qualify, write and, where you authorise it, submit public-sector tender responses on behalf of UK suppliers.
2. Beta status
This service is in beta. Features, pricing and portal coverage may change. We’ll tell you before any change affects an active plan or a bid in progress.
3. What you get
- Try one bid (£199 one-off): one complete tender response, qualified and human-checked, delivered for you to submit.
- Review before send (£399 per month): portal monitoring, qualification, up to four tender responses a month, and submission on your behalf after your written approval of each bid.
- Autopilot (£999 per month): everything in Review before send, with no monthly cap on matching bids and submission under a standing authority (section 6).
4. You are responsible for what is submitted
We draft from the documents and information you give us. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of every statement, certificate, price and declaration in any bid submitted in your name, whether you submit it or we do. A person on our team checks every bid, but that check does not transfer responsibility to us. If you spot an error in a draft, tell us before approval and we correct it at no charge.
5. Approval on Review before send
On Review before send, nothing is submitted until you have approved the final version in writing (email or the approval link we send). Silence is not approval. If a deadline passes because approval was not given, that bid is not counted against your monthly allowance.
6. Standing authority on Autopilot
- Autopilot submissions happen only under a written standing authority you sign, which names the rules a tender must meet before we submit: sectors, regions, value band, minimum quality weighting, price floor, and anything else you specify.
- You can narrow, pause or revoke the standing authority at any time by email. Revocation takes effect for any bid not yet submitted.
- Any tender that falls outside the rules, or needs information not in your vault, is paused and referred to you rather than submitted.
- Every Autopilot submission is human-checked before it goes, and you receive a copy of what was submitted on the day of submission.
7. No guarantee of award, no success fee
We do not guarantee that any bid will be shortlisted or awarded. Awards depend on price, incumbency, evaluator judgement and factors outside the written response. We charge for bids produced, not for bids won, and we do not take any success fee or share of contract value.
8. Portal accounts and credentials
Where you ask us to register or submit on a portal, you authorise us to act as your agent on that portal and confirm you are entitled to give that authority. We use credentials only for the purpose you gave them and hold them encrypted. Some portals prohibit shared or automated access; where that applies we will tell you and use only methods the portal permits.
9. Your documents
You keep all rights in the documents you give us and in the bids we produce for you. We may keep a copy of your vault for the life of your plan to produce further bids. We do not use your content to train models or to produce bids for anyone else. See our privacy notice.
10. Refunds and cancellation
- Try one bid: refunded in full if the response is not submittable, meaning it fails to address a mandatory question or a pass/fail requirement through our error. Email us within 14 days of delivery.
- Monthly plans: cancel at any time by email, with no notice period. Your plan ends at the end of the current paid month. We do not automatically renew you into a longer term or raise your price without telling you first.
11. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you for any bid, or for any month of a plan, is capped at the amount you paid for that bid or that month. We are not liable for lost contracts, lost profit or the consequences of an award decision. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything we cannot lawfully exclude.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
